Development of highly dispersed synthetic resin sleepers and recycling technology optimized for Vietnamese railways

○ Synthetic resin sleepers are sleepers that can replace existing wooden sleepers. They are composed of tens of thousands of long fibers evenly dispersed in polyurethane. They have high mechanical performance, durability, and insulation, and are easy to handle, cut, process, and construct using domestically developed technology. The goal is to advance the manufacturing technology of synthetic resin sleepers developed using domestic technology and optimize them for the Vietnamese railway, and establish a foundation for overseas expansion and commercialization of domestic railway technology through local test installation and performance verification.
